Game Time is a non-for-profit event with all proceeds donated to The Smith Family (ABN: 28000030179). Game Time is a functional fitness competition with functional movements that will be performed to endure physical exertion. By initialling this waiver, I am agreeing to the fact I am entering this event with zero liabilities in regards to injuries and full understanding of the nature of Game Time. By initialling this waiver, I am doing so with full understanding that all all events and exercises I am involved with (throughout Game Time) are being performed to the best of my ability and should any injury occur from performing these exercises in any events of Game Time, I am fully liable for. By initialling the waiver, I am fully understanding of the point; ‘Injuries that are sustained due to facility factors are covered by Velocity Fitness and Health (ABN: 79642046615) insurances’. 

By initialling this waiver, I am doing so with full intent of performing to the best of my abilities in every way of every event and conduct myself as a professional at all times towards fellow athletes, judges and volunteers.
