VELOCITY FITNESS AND HEALTH HAS BEEN HELPING PEOPLE IN THE REDLANDS TO IMPROVE THEIR FITNESS AND HEALTH SINCE 2014. OUR PERSONAL TRAINERS UNDERSTAND THAT WE ALL HAVE DIFFERENT ABILITIES AND DIFFERENT WELLNESS GOALS. WE ALSO UNDERSTAND THAT STARTING OUT CAN BE BOTH EXCITING AND MAYBE A LITTLE BIT DAUNTING, BUT WE ARE HERE TO GUIDE YOU THROUGH TRAINING IN A FUN AND SAFE WAY.
