The Mums + Bubs class has been specifically designed and adapted for those returning to exercise following pregnancy/birth or for those who are currently pregnant. The session aims to provide you with the tools to adapt any level of programming to suit your body’s current needs and tolerance to exercise. The program aims to give you the knowledge and skills to transition back to pre-exercise levels or to start exercising for the first time with confidence.

The classes are designed and supervised by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with expertise in return to exercise post-partum and exercising whilst pregnant. We encourage you to bring bub along and tend to them as needed throughout the session without guilt or fear of judgement.
